Refunds/Cancellations Policy

Thank you for choosing American Institute of Steel Detailing (AISD) for your training needs. We strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. Please review our Refunds/Cancellations Policy below.

Refunds:

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 1 day of the purchase date.
  • Refunds will be processed within 21-30 working days from the date of the refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Workshops/Webinars that have been attended or partially attended may not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be made within 1 day of the purchase date.
  • Cancellations made after 1 day of the purchase date may not be eligible for a refund.
  • In case of cancellation, please contact us immediately at enquiries@aisdtraining.com.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel:

To request a refund or cancel your enrollment, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to enquiries@aisdtraining.com with your request.
  2. Include your full name, course name, and order number in the email.
  3. Our support team will review your request and process it accordingly.
